These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by North Point Window Cleaning. By booking, scheduling, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

North Point Window Cleaning provides professional window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties, including exterior window cleaning, interior window cleaning, and related services as described through our website, promotional materials, or direct communication.

Service availability may vary depending on location, weather conditions, scheduling availability, and property accessibility.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Customers are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Missed appointments, inaccessible properties, or cancellations made without sufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at North Point Window Cleaning’s discretion.

In cases of severe weather or unsafe working conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule appointments to ensure safety and service quality.

3. Pricing & Payments

Pricing for services will be provided before work begins and may vary based on property size, accessibility, condition, and scope of work.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of service.

North Point Window Cleaning reserves the right to revise pricing if actual service conditions differ significantly from the original estimate.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property during scheduled appointments. This includes removing obstacles, securing pets, and ensuring accessible entry points where needed.

Customers should notify us in advance of any fragile materials, damaged windows, loose screens, or areas requiring special care.

5. Liability

While North Point Window Cleaning exercises professional care during every service, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, failed seals, oxidation, scratches, cracked glass, aging materials, or defects that become visible during or after cleaning.

We are not liable for damages caused by unsafe conditions, improper installations, structural defects, or circumstances outside our control.

Certain stains, discoloration, hard water spots, or environmental buildup may not be fully removable through standard cleaning methods.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion so we may reasonably assess and address service-related concerns.

7. Refusal or Termination of Service

North Point Window Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, hazardous, or otherwise unsuitable for safe and professional service completion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
